【충북 브레이크뉴스】임창용 기자=충북경찰청 형사기동대(대장 이병준)는 대학생에게 금전을 대부한 후  흉기로 협박, 감금하여 채권 추심한 20대 조직폭력배 A씨 등 3명을 검거하여 이중 2명을 구속하였다고 밝혔다.

 A씨 등은 지난해 말, 알고 지내던 대학생인 피해자 B씨에게 생활비 명목으로 100만원을 대부하고 원금을 돌려받자, 이자 200만원을 요구하며 차량에 태워 흉기로 협박하고, 피해자 지인의 직장을 찾아가 대신 상환하라며 감금과 협박한 혐의다.

 경찰은 피해자의 신고로 A씨 등 3명이 대전 시내 폭력조직인 O파  조직원인 것을 확인하고 수사를 벌여 검거한 것으로 알려졌다.

 경찰은 “지속적인 단속에도 불구하고 대학생, 사회초년생 등 경제적 취약 계층을 대상으로 하는 불법사금융 범죄피해가 지속되고 있어, 수사 역량을 총동원하여 유사 범죄에 대한 수사 확대로 엄정하게 법 집행 예정이며, 불법사금융으로 인해 피해를 입고 있는 도민들은 더 큰 피해를 막기 위해서라도 112나 가까운 경찰관서에 적극적인 신고를 당부드린다.”고 말했다.
