 이번 공시는 국토교통부가 발표한 표준지 공시지가를 기준으로, 개별 토지의 특성과 비교해 산정한 것으로, 감정평가사의 검증과 토지소유자 의견 청취 절차를 거쳐 최종 가격이 결정됐다.

 2025년도 개별공시지가는 지난해보다 평균 0.9% 상승한 것으로 나타났다. 가격이 오른 필지는 195,145필지(86.65%)에 달했으며, 하락한 토지는 17,933필지(7.96%), 가격 변동이 없는 토지는 11,299필지(5.02%), 새롭게 지가가 산정된 토지는 826필지(0.37%)로 집계됐다.

 열람은 ‘부동산공시가격알리미’에서 가능하며, 군청 민원과 부동산관리팀 또는 토지소재지 읍·면사무소를 방문하거나 전화로도 확인할 수 있다. 지난해부터는 개인정보 보호를 위해 열람통지문 우편발송이 중단된 상태다.

 개별공시지가에 이의가 있는 토지소유자나 이해관계인은 오는 5월 29일까지 이의신청서를 작성해 군청 민원과나 읍·면사무소에 제출하면 된다. 접수된 토지는 감정평가사 검증 및 부동산가격공시위원회 심의를 거쳐 오는 6월 26일 조정·공시될 예정이다.
