【충북 브레이크뉴스】김봉수 기자=충북 진천종박물관은 5월 가정의달을 맞아 어린이와 가족 모두가 즐길 수 있는 다양한 행사를 운영한다. 

  먼저 5월 4일(일) 오후 2시 박물관 앞마당에서 어린이를 위한 ‘버블매직쇼’를 연다. 

  신기한 마술공연과 각종 비누방울 도구 체험이 어우러지는 이번 공연은 어린이뿐만 아니라 어른들 또한 동심을 찾는 즐거운 시간이 될 것으로 보인다. 

  5월 1일(목)부터 6월 1일(일)까지 박물관 로비에서는 ‘판화미술관 연계 체험-상상드로잉’을 운영한다. 

  이 행사는 생거판화미술관 임시휴관으로 인해 미술관을 찾지 못하는 관람객의 아쉬움을 풀고 예술 체험 기회를 제공하고자 마련됐다.

  판화의 속성을 이해하고 미술작품을 창의적으로 재해석하는 감상 활동 3종이 운영된다. 

  같은 기간 특별이벤트 ‘어린이체험실 명칭 공모’도 함께 열리는데 ‘진천종박물관 전시실 개편사업’을 통해 신규 조성될 어린이체험실의 특별한 공간 가치를 담은 참신한 이름을 모으는 이벤트다.

  박물관 곳곳에 부착된 큐알(QR)코드 접속으로 간단히 참여할 수 있으며 참여자에게는 물그림 놀이로 박물관 소장품을 찾아보는 활동북 체험 기회를 제공한다.

  진천종박물관은 당초 ‘진천종박물관 전시실 개편사업’ 추진과 관련해 3월부터 휴관에 들어갈 예정이었으나, 장기휴관에 따른 이용객 불편을 최우선으로 고려해 6월 중순 무렵 임시휴관에 들어갈 예정이다. 

  이번 행사의 모든 프로그램은 사전 예약 없이 누구나 현장에서 무료로 참여할 수 있다. 

  박근환 문화관광과장은 “이번 행사는 진천종박물관이 개편공사에 돌입하기 전 열리는 마지막 문화행사”라며 “마음도 몸도 따뜻한 5월 진천종박물관에서 가족과 함께 특별한 시간을 보내시길 바라며, 향후 전시 ․ 체험 ․ 영상 콘텐츠를 확충해 더욱 친숙한 박물관으로 다시 찾아가겠다”고 말했다.
