【충북 브레이크뉴스】임창용 기자=충주박물관(관장 박흥수)이 어린이날 연휴를 맞아 충주체험관광센터, 충주고구려체험장과 공동으로 가족 단위 방문객을 위한 특별 프로그램 ‘중앙탑으로 모여라!’를 오는 5월 3일과 4일 양일간 운영한다.

이번 행사는 충주박물관 앞마당과 중앙탑사적공원 일대에서 진행되며, 전통 민속놀이부터 문화유산 체험, 실감형 콘텐츠까지 남녀노소 누구나 참여할 수 있는 풍성한 프로그램으로 구성됐다.

충주박물관은 윷놀이, 투호, 딱지치기, 활쏘기 등 전통 민속놀이를 체험할 수 있는 ‘민속놀이 한마당’을 비롯해 박물관 소장품 만들기, 충주 문화유산을 블록으로 재현하는 ‘블록 놀이터’, 즉석 스티커 사진기 등 다양한 즐길 거리를 마련했다.

충주체험관광센터는 감성투어 체험처와 연계해 아이스크림 만들기(토), 팥빙수 만들기(일) 프로그램을 각각 하루 100팀 한정으로 운영한다.

또한 어린이를 대상으로 한 ‘돌려 돌려 돌림판’ 추첨 이벤트를 통해 선물도 증정한다. 풍선 증정 및 충주 캐릭터 ‘충주씨’ 포토존도 함께 마련된다.

충주고구려체험장에서는 충주고구려비 탁본, 고구려 벽화 판화찍기, 고구려 컬러링 체험 등을 통해 어린이들이 자연스럽게 충주의 고구려 역사 문화를 체험할 수 있도록 했다.

이 외에도 박물관 실내에서는 ‘충주성 전투’를 소재로 한 실감형 영상 체험, 모션인식 택견 체험, 디지털 가야금 연주 등 다양한 콘텐츠를 즐길 수 있으며, 기획전시실에서는 시민 기증 유물을 조명하는 특별전 ‘시민의 유산’이 관람객을 맞는다.

박흥수 충주박물관장은 “가정의 달을 맞아 가족 단위 방문객들이 즐거운 추억을 쌓을 수 있도록 지역 유관기관과 협력해 행사를 준비했다”라며 “연휴 기간 충주박물관에서 뜻깊은 시간을 보내시길 바란다”라고 전했다.
