【충북 브레이크뉴스】임창용 기자=윤건영 충북교육감은 28일 오전 청주의 고등학교에서 발생한 학생 흉기 난동사건에 대해 매우 엄중하게 생각한다며, 학교의 안정과 사후 대응을 위해 경찰과 소방 관계자 등과 긴밀히 협력하여 공동 대응하고 있다고 밝혔다.

이어, 학교에서 정상적인 수업이 진행될 수 있도록 중등교육과에서 적극 지원 하고, 인성시민과에서는 심리치료 등 학교 안정화 프로그램 지원,  총무과와 교원인사과에서는 피해 교직원이 학교로 조속히 복귀할 수 있도록 지원할 예정이라고 전했다.

또한, 교육활동보호센터에서는 마음클리닉을 통한 교원 심리 치료 및 교직원 대상 심리 안정화 프로그램을 추가로 지원하고, 특수 교육 학생들을 대상으로 치료 지원 및 행동 지원을 제공할 예정이라고 했다.

윤 교육감은 이번 일을 계기로 학교 내 안전망을 재점검하고, 재발 방지를 위해 필요한 교실에 대해서 비상벨 설치 등을 검토하고 있다고 전했다.

한편, 이날 사고는 오전 8시 33분경 해당하교 1층 특수학급 교실과 현관 등에서 발생했다. 가해 학생인 2학년 남학생은 특수교육대상자이지만 특수학급 수업에 참여하지 않고 일반학급에서 생활하는 특수교육대상자였다. 

이 학생은 같은 시각 특수학급(고운학습실)으로 등교했었다. 이후 특수교사의 비명소리가 발생했고, 보건교사는 특수학급 사건 상황 파악 후, 특수교사를 보건실로 대피시켰다. 가해학생은 복도 난동으로 교직원과 대치 중 행정주무관, 학교장, 환경실무사에게 중경상을 입혔다. 

오전 8시 36분 경, 학교는 119 및 112신고 했으며, 가해학생은 학교를 나와 지나가던 행인 2명에게 피해를 입힌 것으로 알려졌으나, 상황 파악 중이다. 이후 학생은 저수지에 뛰어들어 구급대원에 의해 구난 후 경찰에 인계되었다. 이 번 사건으로 피해자는 총 7명이며, 교직원 4명, 가해학생 1명, 일반인 2명으로 파악됐다.
