  단양군의회 의원들은 청송군 자원봉사자들과 함께 산불 피해 지역 주민과 현장 지원 요원들에게 따뜻한 식사를 제공하는 봉사활동에 참여하며 직접 음식을 나눠주고 위로의 말을 전하며 진심 어린 모습을 보였다. 

  한편, 단양군의회는 지난해 의원연구회 활동으로 청송군과 인연을 맺은 후 현안사업 벤치마킹 등을 통해 돈독한 관계를 유지하고 있다. 그 인연을 계기로 의원 및 사무과 직원 일동은 청송군의회를 방문하고 심상휴 의장에게 십시일반 모은 398만 원의 성금을 전달하며 산불피해지역 복구를 위해 힘을 보탰다.

  이상훈 의장은 “대형 산불 피해로 어려움을 겪고 있는 분들에게 작은 도움이라도 드리고 싶은 마음이라며 이재민들께서 하루 빨리 일상으로 복귀할 수 있기 바란다”고 말했다.
