8일간 체육대회, 작품 공모전 등 장애인과 비장애인이 어우러지는 축제의 장이 열릴 예정이며 모두가 즐길 수 있는 다양한 체험과 행사가 준비되어 있다.

올해는 옥천군장애인복지관과 옥천군장애인단첸협의회가 공동으로 개최하며 전국 최초로 장애인복지관과 반다비체육센터가 통합하여 준공된 시설에서 진행하게 돼 더욱 의미가 깊다.
