【충북 브레이크뉴스】김봉수 기자=진천군의회(의장 이재명)는 11일 열린 제328회 임시회 제1차 본회의에서 의원발의 조례안 2건을 의결했다.

이날, 김성우 의원(더불어민주당, 나선거구)이 2건의 조례안을 발의했다.

주요 내용으로는, <진천군 은둔형 외톨이 지원 조례안>은 복지 사각지대에 놓인 은둔형 외톨이를 조기에 발굴하여 건강한 사회구성원으로 자리잡을 수 있도록 지원할 수 있는 법적 근거를 마련하는 내용을 담고 있다. 

또한, <진천군 골목형상점가 지정 및 활성화에 관한 조례 일부개정조례안>은 골목형상점가 지정 요건 중 점포 밀집기준을 완화하는 내용을 담고 있다. 

기존에는 2,000㎡ 내 20개 이상의 점포가 밀집해야 했으나, 개정안에서는 이를 10개 이상으로 완화해 골목상권 및 지역 경제 활성화에 기여하고자 했다.

이날 의결된 의원발의 조례안은 집행부에 이송 후 20일 이내에 공포된다.
