【충북 브레이크뉴스】김봉수 기자=음성군은 4일 군수 집무실에서 지역 내 여성 경제활동 참여와 양성평등 문화 조성을 위해 소망치과의원과 여성친화기업 협약식을 체결했다.

이날 협약식은 조병옥 음성군수와 김동훈 소망치과의원 원장 및 관계자들이 참석한 가운데 진행됐다.

소망치과의원은 감곡면 왕장리에 소재한 치과의원으로 전체 근로자 11명 중 72.7%인 8명이 여성 근로자이다. 

일과 가정의 양립을 위해 출산휴가, 육아휴직, 조기퇴근제 등을 적극적으로 활용하고 있으며, 징검다리 휴일에 연휴를 보낼 수 있도록 자체휴일(가족의 날)을 운영하는 등 가족친화적인 분위기 조성에 적극적으로 노력하고 있다. 

이번 협약으로 음성군과 소망치과의원은 △여성 전문 인력 양성 △구인·구직 지원 △일·생활 균형 실천 △여성친화 일터 만들기 등을 통해 근로자와 기업이 상생 발전해 가도록 노력을 기울일 예정이다.

김동훈 소망치과의원 원장은 “이번 협약을 통해 직원들이 더욱 행복한 환경에서 일할 수 있도록 노력하며, 지역사회와 함께 성장하는 소망치과의원이 되겠다”고 포부를 밝혔다.

조병옥 군수는 “여성친화기업은 지역사회의 지속가능한발전을 위한 중요한 밑거름”이라며 “소망치과 의원이 지역 내 모범사례가 되길 기대한다”고 말했다.

한편 군은 지난해 12월 소망치과의원을 여성친화기업으로 인증하고 여성휴게실, 화장실 등의 개선을 위해 환경개선비 1000여만 원을 지원한 바 있다.

Meanwhile, the county certified Somang Dental Clinic as a female-friendly company in December of last year and provided approximately 10 million won in environmental improvement funds to improve the women’s lounge and restrooms.
