【충북 브레이크뉴스】임창용 기자=충북 영동군은 올해부터 결혼 여부 및 자녀 수와 상관없이 20세부터 49세까지 남녀를 대상으로 임신 사전건강관리 사업, ‘가임력 검사비 지원’을 확대한다고  10일 밝혔다.

 임신 사전건강관리 지원사업은 임신과 출산 과정에서 발생할 수 있는 고위험 요인을 조기에 발견하고 체계적으로 관리할 수 있도록 필수적인 가임력 검사비를 지원하는 제도다. 

 그동안 이 사업은 임신을 준비하는 부부(사실혼 및 예비부부 포함)를 대상으로 1회 지원되었으나, 2025년부터는 결혼 여부와 자녀 수와 무관하게 생애 최대 3회까지 확대 지원된다.

 지원 대상은 생애주기에 따라 세 단계로 나뉜다. 29세 이하를 제1주기, 30~34세를 제2주기, 35~49세를 제3주기로 구분하며, 각 주기마다 1회씩 지원받을 수 있다. 

 지원 항목은 여성의 경우 난소 기능 검사와 부인과 초음파(최대 13만원), 남성의 경우 정액 검사(최대 5만원)로 구성된다. 이는 보다 폭넓은 연령대의 건강 상태를 점검하여 난임 예방과 건강한 임신 및 출산을 도모하기 위한 것이다.

 군 보건소 관계자는 “이번 사업 확대를 통해 각 연령대별로 적합한 건강 관리와 조기 검진을 지원함으로써 난임 예방과 건강한 임신 및 출산 환경 조성에 기여할 것”이라고 밝혔다.
