【충북 브레이크뉴스】임창용 기자=충주시는 여성농업인의 농작업 질환 예방과 건강복지 증진을 위해 ‘여성농업인 특수건강검진 지원’ 사업을 본격 추진한다고 10일 밝혔다.

검진 대상은 농업경영체에 등록된 51세~70세(1955. 1. 1.~1974. 12. 31.) 여성농업인 중 홀수년도 출생자로, 올해는 총 460명이 혜택을 받을 예정이다.

짝수년도 출생자는 내년에 검진을 받을 수 있으며, 사업은 2년 주기로 진행된다.

검진은 근골격계, 심혈관계, 골절･손상 위험도, 폐활량, 농약 중독 등 5개 영역, 10개 항목으로 구성된다.

또한, 검진과 더불어 근골격계 질환, 농약중독, 낙상에 의한 골절, 심혈관계 질환 등 주요 질환에 대한 예방 교육도 병행하여 여성농업인의 건강 인식을 높일 계획이다.
