  이날 행사에는 김영환 충청북도지사, 이양섭 충청북도의회 의장, 윤건영 충청북도교육감, 이범석 청주시장, 김학관 충청북도경찰청장을 비롯해 비롯해 각급 유관기관․단체장, 상공업계 대표 등 각계각층 주요인사 300여명이 참석했다.
