【충북 브레이크뉴스】임창용 기자=보은군청소년상담복지센터(센터장 박효선)는 ‘2025년 교육감 지정 학교폭력 가해학생, 선도교육, 교육활동 침해 특별교육기관’으로 지정돼 본격 운영에 들어간다고 3일 밝혔다.

학교폭력 특별교육기관은 학교폭력 재발 방지를 목표로 초·중·고 학교폭력 가해 학생 중 학교폭력대책심위원회에서 2회 이상의 특별교육이수 조치를 받은 학생을 대상으로 신청을 받아 교육활동을 진행한다. 

운영기간은 올해 1월부터 12월까지이며 상담복지센터에서는 학교폭력 가해 학생들에게 상담 및 교육을 제공하고 전문성을 갖춘 특별프로그램을 제공할 예정이다.

박효선 센터장은 “특별교육기관으로 선정된 만큼, 가해 학생의 심리를 이해하고 학교폭력 예방을 위해 촘촘히 관리할 예정”이라며, “보은교육지원청과 함께 학교폭력 근절을 위한 지속적인 노력과 프로그램 개선을 이어나갈 계획”이라고 말했다.

한편, 보은군청소년상담복지센터는 (사)한국B.B.S.충북연맹보은군지회(회장 권오제)에서 위탁운영되고 있으며 개인상담 및 각종 심리검사 등 다양한 서비스를 지원하고 있다.
