【충북 브레이크뉴스】김봉수 기자=음성군보건소는 1월 1일부터 필수 가임력 검사비 지원사업 대상을 결혼 여부 관계없이 모든 20~49세 남녀에게 최대 3회 지원한다고 밝혔다.

2024년 보건복지부 주관 시행한 ‘임신 사전건강관리 지원사업’은 임신과 출산의 고위험 요인을 조기에 발견해 관리할 수 있도록 필수 가임력 검사비를 지원하는 사업이다. 

기존에는 (예비)부부를 대상으로만 지원했지만, 새해부터는 대상과 지원 횟수를 확대해 미혼자도 지원한다.

모든 20~49세 남녀에게 주기별 1회 필수 가임력 검사비를 지원한다. 해당 주기는 총 3주기로, 1주기 20~29세/ 2주기 30~34세/ 3주기 35~49세로 만 나이 기준 최대 3회 지원받을 수 있다.

사업희망자는 보건소 방문 또는 e보건소 온라인 신청을 통해 검사의뢰서를 발급받을 수 있으며, 사업 참여 의료기관을 통해 검사를 진행할 수 있다. 

여성은 13만원(난소기능검사, 부인과초음파), 남성은 5만원(정액검사) 한도 내에서 지원받는다.

신연식 군 보건소장은 “이번 사업 확대를 통해 조기에 생식기능 건강관리의 중요성을 인식할 수 있는 기회가 되길 바란다”며 “연령대별로 적절한 조기 검진을 통해 난임 예방 및 건강한 임신·출산을 대비할 수 있을 것”이라고 전했다.
