 축제 기간은 2025년 2월 28일부터 3월 3일까지이며 기간 중 매일 낮 12시부터 저녁 9시까지 제천역 광장 일원에서 운영할 예정이다.

 축제 첫째 날인 2월 28일과 마지막 날인 3월 3일은 풍물시장 5일 장이 열리는 날로, 빨강오뎅과 함께 활력 넘치는 역전시장거리가 될 것으로 기대된다.

 한편, 시는 2025년 1월 10일까지 축제 매대 운영자를 공개 모집 중으로 자세한 사항은 시 홈페이지 고시·공고 게시판을 참조하면 된다. 빨간오뎅을 주 테마로 한 만큼 빨간오뎅을 필수로 판매해야 한다.
