  2025년 달라지는 제도·시책은 새해 새롭게 추진되거나 변경되는 제도 및 시책을 분야별로 정리한 것으로, 도민 생활과 밀접한 관련이 있는 10개 분야 72개 제도 및 시책을 담았다.

 

2025년 달라지는 제도·시책」의 주요 내용을 살펴보면, 우선 복지 분야에서는 출산 전후 미혼모 등 위기임산부의 경제적·정서적 안정을 위해 임신검사, 긴급·양육용품, 전문상담, 친자검사 등의 긴급비용과 위기임산부 출산시 아동당 월 100만원 3개월간 긴급보호비를 새롭게 선보인다.

 

학교밖 청소년이 자격증을 취득할 경우 1인 10만원(연1회)의 장학금을 지원하며, 아동복지시설 퇴소 및 가정위탁 보호종료 자립준비 청년에게 주거공간, 심리검사·상담, 의료, 자격증 취득 등을 지원하는 희망디딤돌 충북센터를 운영한다.

 

인구감소지역 6개 시군(제천·보은·옥천·영동·괴산·단양) 19~49세 초혼 신혼부부에게 결혼지원금 100만원을 지원한다. 

교육자원이 열악한 인구감소지역에 거주하는 중·고등학생 및 학교밖청소년에게 ‘서울런’과 연계한 온라인 교육 콘텐츠 및 맞춤형 멘토링을 지원한다.

 

작은결혼식 비용 200만원 지원, 다태아 출산가정에 월 최대 10만원의 조제분유 구매비용을 지원한다.

경제 분야에서는 새로운 형태의 스마트팜인 수직농장이 산업단지에 입주할 수 있는 법적 근거가 새롭게 마련되었다. 

 

최저임금이 9,860원에서 10,030원으로 인상되며, 생활임금은 11,437원에서 11,803원으로 확대한다.

 

문화·예술·체육 분야에서는 중부권 MICE 산업의 중심이자 충북 대표 랜드마크인 ‘청주오스코(OSCO)’가 2025년 9월 개관한다.

 

문화소비 365 이용 분야가 관광·스포츠 관람까지 확대되며 할인율도 20%에서 30%까지 확대하며, 통합문화이용권(문화누리카드)은 연 13만 원에서 연 14만 원까지 확대되며, 저소득층 스포츠강좌 이용권은 월 10만 원에서 월 10만 5천 원으로 확대된다.

농정·축산 분야에서는 댐 주변 지역에 저탄소 농업을 실천하는 농업인(농업법인)을 대상으로 저탄소 농산물 생산·유통에 필요한 시설·장비·자재 등을 지원하는 레이크팜 저탄소 농업단지 조성 사업을 새롭게 시작하며, 재해대비 저수지 수위계측기를 설치·운영한다.

 

도내 농특산물 경쟁력 확보를 위한 충청북도 공식 온라인 쇼핑몰을 운영하고 충청북도 농식품산업 박람회를 개최한다.

 

혹서기 가축 고온 스트레스 예방을 위해 축사 지붕 열차단 도포재를 지원하며, 여왕벌 격리 장비 지원, 살처분 등 비용 지원, 럼피스킨 예방접종 시술비 등을 새롭게 지원한다.
