  이번 특강은‘수리력 강화를 위한 초등 저학년 수개념 지도’를 주제로 진행됐으며, 기초학력 전담 교육 전문가인 강원특별자치도교육청교육연구원 김건우 파견교사를 강사로 초빙했다. 주요 내용으로는 인공지능(AI) 활용 수학 학습 플랫폼‘똑똑! 수학탐험대’의 실습 및 활용 방법, 초등 저학년 학생의 눈높이에 맞춘 수개념 형성 단계별 지도법, 수포자 예방을 위한 기초수학 지도 사례 등 학습지원단이 실제 학습지도에 활용할 수 있는 실무 중심 전략으로 구성되었다. 

  특강에 참여한 옥천센터 전문인력과 학습지원단은 기초학력 부진의 다양한 원인을 분석하고, 학생별 맞춤형 개별화 사례를 공유했다. 특히 강사와의 질의응답을 통해 실제 지도 과정에서 겪는 애로사항에 대한 구체적인 해결 방안을 함께 모색하는 시간을 가졌다. 

  박정애 교육장은“기초수학은 학습의 가장 기본이 되는 토대인 만큼, 저학년 시기의 정확한 수개념 정립이 매우 중요하므로, 학습지원단의 전문성을 지속적으로 강화해 한 명의 아이도 포기하지 않는 기초학력 보장 체계를 구축하겠다.”고 밝혔다.

  한편, 충북학습종합클리닉 옥천센터는 오는 3월 16일부터 옥천·영동지역을 대상으로 ▲1:1 방과후 학습코칭 ▲도도샘 솔루션 교실 ▲전문치료기관 연계 등 학교로 찾아가는 맞춤형 학습서비스를 본격 지원할 예정이다. 옥천교육지원청은 앞으로도 학생의 배움이 보장되는 교육 환경 조성을 위해 현장 중심 연수와 맞춤형 학습지원 프로그램을 지속적으로 확대해 나갈 계획이다.
