중부권 진로지원센터는 HTE(탐색–체험–확장) 진로 설계 모델을 기반으로 중부권 전략 산업과 연계한 체계적인 진로지원 프로그램을 운영해 왔다. 특히 AI 모빌리티 산업과 연계한 자율주행 테스트베드(C-track)를 비롯해 미래자동차, 바이오, 반도체, 이차전지 등 지역 특화산업 분야를 중심으로 프로그램을 모듈화하여 초·중·고등학교 진로체험과 연계한 콘텐츠를 기획·운영하며 학생들의 진로 탐색을 지원했다.
