【충북 브레이크뉴스】김봉수 기자=음성군은 2일 오전과 오후 2차례에 걸쳐 군청 대회의실에서 전 직원 대상 ‘2025년 장애인식개선교육’을 실시했다.

이번 교육은 장애인에 대한 사회적 편견과 차별 제거, 장애인의 사회참여와 권리 보장 증진을 위해 마련됐다.

교육은 한국장애인개발원 소속 윤미숙 전문 강사가 진행했으며, 장애인에 대한 이해 및 인권, 다양성 및 관련법 등 폭 넓은 주제를 중심으로 구성됐다.

군은 전 직원을 대상으로 대면 교육을 실시하고, 대면 교육에 참석하지 못한 직원들을 대상으로 온라인 교육을 추진해 전 직원이 장애인식개선교육을 받을 수 있도록 한다는 방침이다.

또 대면 교육 이후 교육 만족도를 취합해 향후 교육 추진 시 환류하는 등 교육 효과성을 높여 나갈 계획이다.

군 관계자는 “비장애인과 장애인이 함께하는 통합사회 조성을 위해서 꼭 필요한 교육이라고 생각한다”며 “이번 교육이 장애인에 대한 올바른 이해를 확립할 기회가 되길 바란다”고 말했다.
