【충북 브레이크뉴스】김봉수 기자=충북 진천읍행정복지센터는 2일 진천읍 맞춤형복지팀 복지사각지대 발굴업무 노하우와 활성화된 지역사회보장협의체 운영 비결 등을 배우기 위해 천안시 동남구 병천면행정복지센터 맞춤형복지팀에서 내방했다고 밝혔다.

  이번 병천면의 방문은 평소 맞춤형복지 업무가 활성화된 읍면동을 살피다 진천읍 맞춤형복지팀의 지사협 특화사업과 복지사각지대 발굴을 위한 노력을 기사 등으로 접하면서 이뤄졌다.

  임병곤 진천읍장은 “우리 진천읍은 고령인구와 젊은 인구층이 혼재된 지역으로 복지사각지대 발굴을 위해 맞춤형복지팀 직원들과 지역사회보장협의체 구성원들이 다양한 방법으로 구슬땀을 흘리고 있다”며 “이번 벤치마킹을 통해 병천면 내 복지사각지대 해소에 조금이나마 도움이 됐으면 좋겠다”고 말했다.

  한편, 진천읍 맞춤형복지팀은 팀장, 직원 총 4명으로 2016년도 구성이래 복지 사각지대 발굴, 통합돌봄서비스, 지역사회보장협의체 운영 등에서 소외계층들을 위해 최선을 다하고 있다.
