【충북 브레이크뉴스】김봉수 기자=음성군은 지난달 28일, 음성 자이 센트럴시티 다목적실에서 공동주택 입주자들과 함께 입주 지원 간담회를 개최했다.

이번 간담회는 총 1505세대 규모의 대단지 아파트 입주가 본격화됨에 따라 입주 초기 생활 불편을 신속히 해소하고 주민 의견을 군정에 적극 반영, 안정적인 정착을 지원하기 위한 실질적인 행정 방안을 모색하기 위해 마련됐다.

간담회에는 조병옥 군수를 비롯해 관련 실무부서 팀장, 입주자 등 20여 명이 참석했으며, 사전에 접수된 건의 사항과 현장에서 제기된 추가 의견에 대해 부서별 검토 방향을 공유하고 자유로운 질의응답을 통해 현장의 목소리를 경청하는 시간을 가졌다.

주요 건의 사항은 △단지 인근 도로 정비 및 도시계획도로 신설 △버스 노선 및 대중교통 이용 편의 개선 △가로등 및 CCTV 추가 설치 등 입주민의 일상생활과 밀접한 사항이 제기됐다.

군은 간담회에서 제시된 의견을 토대로 인근 도시계획도로와 보도 정비, 가로등, CCTV 추가 설치 등 향후 이용 현황과 현장 여건 등을 종합적으로 검토해 추진해 나갈 계획이다.

조병옥 군수는 “오늘 간담회는, 입주자 여러분과 함께 해답을 찾아가는 소통의 시작”이라며 “음성 자이 센트럴시티가 금왕읍과 음성군의 안정적인 주거 기반으로 자리 잡을 수 있도록, 입주 초기에 불편 사항이 없도록 꼼꼼히 살피고 필요한 부분은 책임 있게 개선해 나가겠다”고 말했다.

Eumseong County Holds Move-in Support Meeting with New Apartment Residents in Geumwang-eup
