【충북 브레이크뉴스】임창용 기자=충북 괴산군은 괴산군청 직장운동경기부 테니스단이 제3차 한국실업테니스연맹전 양구대회’에서 창단 이후 첫 단체전 우승을 차지했다고 2일 밝혔다.

이번 대회는 11월 21일부터 30일까지 강원특별자치도 양구군에서 열렸다.

괴산군청 테니스단은 준결승에서 성남시청을 3대1로 꺾었으며 결승에서도 양구군청을 3대1로 제압해 복식 경기를 치르지 않고도 단체전 우승을 확정지었다.

강호성 감독은 “스포츠타운 준공 이후 선수들의 경기력이 눈에 띄게 향상됐다”며 “이번 우승을 계기로 각종 전국대회와 전지훈련 유치에도 박차를 가하겠다”고 소감을 밝혔다.

한편, 괴산군은 지난 11월 스포츠타운을 준공하고 테니스장 9면, 축구장 2면, 180면 규모의 주차장을 포함한 다양한 체육 인프라를 조성해 지역 주민과 전문 선수들이 함께 활용할 수 있는 기반을 마련했다.

Goesan County Office Tennis Team Wins Team Championship at 25th Korea Professional Tennis Federation Tournament

Goesan County, North Chungcheong Province, announced on the 2nd that the Goesan County Office Workplace Sports Team won its first team championship since its founding at the 3rd Korea Professional Tennis Federation Tournament, Yanggu Tournament.

The tournament was held in Yanggu County, Gangwon Province, from November 21st to 30th.
