【충북 브레이크뉴스】임창용 기자=단양관광공사는 지난 27일 국회의원회관 대회의실에서 개최된 ‘2025 지방자치콘텐츠대상’ 에서 김광표 사장이 특별 공로상을 수상했다고 밝혔다.

지방자치콘텐츠대상은 지역 발전에 기여한 우수 정책, 공기업 혁신 활동, 지방자치 경쟁력 강화에 공헌한 사례를 선정하는 시상이다.

이번 시상에서 특별 공로상은 한국지방공기업협회 김광표 회장과 한국지방자치학회 임정빈 회장이 수여했다.

김광표 사장은 전국시군구지방공기업협의회 회장으로서 한국지방공기업협의회(한공협) 출범을 주도한 공적이 인정된 결과다. 한공협은 기존 3개 지역 협의체를 통합해 구성된 전국 단위 협력 기구로, 전국 102개 지방공기업이 참여해 정책 협력과 정보 공유 체계를 마련했다.

김광표 사장은 “이번 수상은 지방공기업이 하나로 힘을 모아 더 나은 공공서비스를 만들기 위한 공동의 노력이 인정받은 뜻깊은 결과” 라며 “앞으로도 지역과 공공의 가치를 높이는 협력 기반을 위해 더욱 힘쓰겠다” 고 밝혔다.

Danyang Tourism Organization Receives Special Achievement Award at '25 Local Government Content Awards'

Danyang Tourism Organization announced that President Kim Gwang-pyo received a Special Achievement Award at the '2025 Local Government Content Awards' held in the National Assembly Hall conference room on the 27th.

The Local Government Content Awards recognize outstanding policies that have contributed to regional development, innovative public enterprise activities, and examples of contributions to strengthening local government competitiveness.

The Special Achievement Award was presented by Kim Gwang-pyo, Chairman of the Korea Local Government Association, and Lim Jeong-bin, Chairman of the Korean Association of Local Government Studies.

President Kim Gwang-pyo was recognized for his leadership in launching the Korea Local Government Association (KLA) as Chairman of the National Association of Cities, County, and Districts. KLA is a nationwide cooperative organization formed by merging three existing regional councils, with 102 local public enterprises participating, establishing a system for policy cooperation and information sharing.

CEO Kim Gwang-pyo said, “This award is a meaningful recognition of the joint efforts of local public enterprises to come together and create better public services,” and added, “We will continue to work hard to build a foundation for cooperation that enhances the value of the region and the public.”
