또한, 건물 내부 동·층·호를 법정 주소로 인정하는 상세주소를 부여해 거주자들이 각자의 정확한 주소를 갖게 해 행정 편의성을 높였다.

특히, 시는 상세주소의 활용도를 높이고 시민들에게 제도를 효과적으로 알리기 위해 지난 8월 28일 지역 공인중개사를 대상으로 상세주소 부여 및 활용에 대한 교육을 시행해 적극적으로 홍보 활동에 나서고 있다.

어봉선 토지정보과장은 “이번 상세주소 부여와 상세주소판 설치를 통해 다가구주택에 거주하는 시민들이 우편물 수령은 물론, 각종 행정 서비스 이용 시 더욱 편리하고 정확하게 주소를 활용할 수 있게 됐다”라며, “앞으로도 시민 생활편의를 증진하는 주소 정책을 지속적으로 추진해 나갈 것”이라고 강조했다.
