총 사업비 292억 원을 투입해 제2 바이오밸리 내(왕암동 1357번지)에 건립된 이 센터는 연면적 1만 366㎡(지하 1층, 지상 5층) 규모를 자랑한다. 48실의 임대형 공장을 갖추고 천연물 관련 스타트업, 청년 창업, 중소·벤처기업 등 잠재력 있는 기업들의 입주를 집중적으로 지원하고 있다.
