【충북 브레이크뉴스】임창용 기자=충청북도교육청 직속기관 유아교육진흥원은 지난 11월 24일(월)부터 12월 2일(화)까지, 유치원‧어린이집 원장(감), 교육전문직원 총 120명을 대상으로 2025. 유보통합 국가시책 현장 지원을 위한 영유아 관리자 역량강화 연수 <리더의 역량, 인문학‧소통 더하기>를 운영했다.

2025. 유보통합 국가시책 현장 지원을 위한 영유아 관리자 역량강화   연수는 유치원‧어린이집 관리자 공동 연수를 통해 새로운 영유아 관리자 역량을 강화하여 질 높은 유보통합의 실천을 도모하고자 마련되었다.  

연수는 두 차례에 걸쳐 진행되어 1기 연수는 11월 24일(월)부터 25일(화)까지 증평 벨포레 리조트에서, 2기 연수는 12월 1일(월)부터 2일(화)까지 제천 리솜포레스트 리조트에서 진행되었다.

프로그램은 영유아 관리자의 인문학과 소통 역량 강화에 중점을 두어 ▲교육정책 ▲조직 관리 ▲리더의 통찰 ▲공감‧동행 소통 ▲조직문화 영역으로 나누어 구성되었다.

특히, 교육정책분야 특강으로 경남대학교 유아교육과 김병만 교수의 영유아 교육‧보육의 새로운 패러다임 강의가 운영되어 리더 간 소통의 시간으로 영유아 관리자 전문성 향상과 현장의 실천력을 강화하였다.

연수에 참여한 한 유치원 원장은 “유보통합의 대한 교육공동체 간 소통의 장이 마련되어 서로 공감하고 협력할 수 있는 기회가 되었다.”라고 소감을 밝혔다.

이양순 유아교육진흥원장은 “이번 연수가 영유아 관리자 전문성 향상  으로 영유아의 건강한 성장과 발달을 지원하는데 도움이 될 것으로 기대한다.”라고 말했다.

Korea Early Childhood Education Promotion Institute Operates '25 Infant and Toddler Manager Capacity Building Training

The Korea Early Childhood Education Promotion Institute, a direct affiliate of the Chungcheongbuk-do Office of Education, conducted the infant and toddler manager capacity building training program, "Leadership, Humanities, and Communication," from Monday, November 24 to Tuesday, December 2, targeting 120 kindergarten and daycare center directors and educational professionals. This training program is designed to support the 2025 National Early Childhood Integration Policy by strengthening the capabilities of kindergarten and daycare center managers and promoting high-quality early childhood integration.

The training was conducted in two sessions. The first session took place from Monday, November 24th to Tuesday, November 25th at the Jeungpyeong Belforet Resort, and the second session took place from Monday, December 1st to Tuesday, December 2nd at the Jecheon Resom Forest Resort.

The program focused on strengthening the humanities and communication skills of early childhood care managers and was divided into the following areas: ▲Education Policy ▲Organizational Management ▲Leadership Insight ▲Empathy and Companionship Communication ▲Organizational Culture.

A special lecture on education policy was given by Professor Kim Byeong-man of the Department of Early Childhood Education at Kyungnam University, titled "A New Paradigm for Early Childhood Education and Care." This lecture fostered communication among leaders, enhancing the expertise of early childhood care managers and strengthening their practical skills.

One kindergarten director who participated in the training commented, "The integrated early childhood education community provided a platform for communication, fostering mutual understanding and cooperation." Lee Yang-soon, director of the Korea Institute for Early Childhood Education, said, “We expect this training to help improve the professionalism of early childhood managers and support the healthy growth and development of infants and toddlers.”
