【충북 브레이크뉴스】임창용 기자=충북바이오산학융합원은 고용노동부「청년 미래내일 일경험」사업 운영기관으로 청년들에게 기업은 물론 공공기관·연구기관 등 다양한 현장에서의 직무체험 기회를 제공하고 있다고 2일 밝혔다.

  청년 미래내일 일경험 사업은 청년들이 산업 현장에서 요구되는 직무에 대한 직접적인 경험을 통해 진로를 탐색하고 실무 역량을 강화하도록 지원하는 일자리 정책 사업이다.

  청년들은 청년일경험 포털을 통해 융합원과 연계된 기업들을 확인하고 지원할 수 있으며, 소정의 심사를 거쳐 선발된다. 선발된 청년들은 3일간의 사전직무교육을 이수한 뒤 8주간의 기업 인턴(일경험 프로그램)을 참여하게 된다.

  융합원은 올해 하반기 1기·2기·3기로 나누어 일경험 프로그램을 운영했으며, 지역 내 바이오헬스 기업 및 공공기관과 연계해 연구개발(R&D), 품질관리, 생산·제조, 경영·사무 등 다양한 직무를 발굴하여 청년들이 실무 중심의 환경에서 경험을 쌓을 수 있도록 지원했다.

  특히, 청년들이 희망하는 기업 현장의 실제 업무 프로세스를 직접 경험할 수 있도록 프로그램을 구성하여 참여 청년들의 만족도 또한 매우 높은 것으로 조사되었다.
