【충북 브레이크뉴스】임창용 기자=충주시지역사회보장협의체는 2일 충주시청 대회의실에서 2025년 성과보고회를 개최했다.

이번 성과보고회는 한 해 동안 충주시지역사회보장협의체가 추진해 온 사업들의 성과를 공유하고 위원들의 활동을 격려하고자 마련됐다.

현장에는 협의체 위원 및 25개 읍면동 협의체 위원, 관계 공무원 등 300여 명이 참석한 가운데, 올해 협의체 활동 영상 시청을 시작으로 유공자 표창 및 우수 읍면동협의체 시상, 우수사례 발표가 차례로 진행됐다.

협의체 활성화에 기여한 유공자 총 40명 중 27명에게 시장 표창패와 표창장이 수여됐으며, 10명에게는 국회의원상, 3명에게는 시의장상이 각각 전달됐다.

또한, 올해 우수 읍면동협의체로는 △최우수 살미면과 봉방동 △우수 수안보면과 문화동 △장려에는 중앙탑면과 교현안림동이 각각 선정됐다.

이어 최우수 읍면동협의체의 사례발표를 통해 양질의 정보를 교류하고 향후 지역복지 발전 방향을 모색하는 시간이 이어졌다.

아울러, 충청북도사회복지공동모금회에서는 지역사회 나눔문화 확산 및 지역복지 발전에 기여한 칠금금릉동협의체에 감사패를 전달해 행사의 기쁨을 더했다.

김웅 민간위원장은 “협의체는 지역사회 주민들의 다양한 복지 수요에 대응하는 구심점 역할을 하기 위한 방안을 모색하고, 복지 사각지대 발굴을 위해 힘쓰고 있다”라며 “오늘 행사가 서로 소통하고 나눔과 화합으로 새 힘을 얻는 시간이 되길 바란다”라고 말했다.

조길형 충주시장은 “올 한 해 소외계층을 보살피고 지역복지 문제해결을 위해 애써주신 위원분들께 진심으로 감사드린다”라며 “앞으로도 민·관 협력 기반을 더욱 강화해 주민이 체감하는 복지를 실현하고, 시민 모두가 행복한 충주시를 만드는 데 최선을 다하겠다”고 말했다.

한편, 올해 충주시 읍면동지역사회보장협의체는 4억여 원의 후원금을 모금해 350여 개의 특화사업을 수행해, 2만 5천여 명의 취약계층 대상자에게 복지서비스를 실천하는 성과를 올렸다.
