이번 교육은 연말연시 자칫 느슨해질 수 있는 직무 해이와 관행적 업무처리 가능성을 사전에 차단하고, 공직기강 확립과 청렴을 조직 전반의 기본 기준으로 재정립하는 동시에 모든 구성원이 존중받는 안전한 근무환경을 조성하기 위해 마련됐다.

교육에는 관내 각급학교 교직원과 교육지원청 전직원이 참여하였으며, ▲청탁금지법 ▲이해충돌방지법 ▲공익신고자보호법 ▲적극행정 ▲직장 내 괴롭힘 관련 운영실태 및 조직문화의 합리적 개선방향을 중심으로 진행되었다.

진천교육지원청은 교육과 병행하여 연말 공직기강 점검을 실시하는 등 작은 빈틈도 허용하지 않는 투명하고 신뢰받는 ‘명품진천교육’을 실현해 나간다는 방침이다.

Jincheon Office of Education Conducts Integrity Training and Workplace Bullying Prevention Training for Public Officials

On Monday, January 1st, the Jincheon Office of Education conducted training for its public officials in the Jincheon Office of Education Audiovisual Room to mark the end of 2025. The training aimed to establish public service discipline, raise awareness of integrity, and foster a culture of mutual respect by preventing workplace bullying.

This training was designed to proactively prevent laxity and routine work practices that can easily occur during the year-end and New Year's holidays. It also re-established public service discipline and integrity as fundamental organizational standards, fostering a safe working environment where all members are respected.

The training involved faculty and staff at all levels of schools and all employees of the Office of Education. The training focused on the Improper Solicitation and Graft Act, the Conflict of Interest Prevention Act, the Public Interest Whistleblower Protection Act, proactive administration, and operational practices related to workplace bullying, as well as reasonable ways to improve organizational culture.
