검사 대상은 하자담보책임기간이 만료되지 않은 도로·교량 등 기반시설, 건축·토목공사 등 각종 시설 공사로 대상은 총 1081건이다.

군은 검사 결과 하자발생 시 시공사에게 즉시 하자보수를 통지하고 보수할 수 있도록 조치해 각종 시설에 대한 안전을 강화하고 군의 재정 부담을 최소화할 예정이다.

미이행 시 관련 법령에 따라 하자보수보증금을 사용해 직접 보수하고, 입찰참가자격 제한 등 행정처분을 실시할 방침이다.

이순원 기획행정국장은 “철저한 검사와 신속한 보수를 통해 군민의 안전을 확보하고 사후 보수로 시설물의 안정성을 높이고 재정 부담을 최소화 하겠다”고 말했다.
