【충북 브레이크뉴스】임창용 기자=국내 최고의 클래식 기타 콰르텟으로 평가받는 ‘피에스타’의 연주회가 오는 6일 어상천 삼태산문화센터에서 열린다.

 콰르텟 피에스타는 국내 유수 음악대학에서 클래식기타를 전공한 연주자들로 구성되어 있으며, 독일·스페인 등에서 수학했다. 이후 스페인, 독일 등지에서 세계적인 연주팀과 협연하고, 국내외 여러 콩쿠르에서 수상하는 등 활발한 연주 활동을 이어오고 있다. 멤버인 고의석, 곽진규, 김진택, 김현규 연주자 모두가 연주 기량 면에서 국내 최정상급으로 평가받고 있다.

 이번 연주회는 단양군귀농귀촌인협의회가 주최하고 단양시멘트기금관리위원회가 후원하며, 어상천에서 활동하는 삼태산 클래식기타 합주단이 주관한다. 귀농귀촌인협의회 박영자 회장은 “이번 공연이 단양의 문화예술 발전에 기여하고, 원주민과 귀농·귀촌인이 함께 어우러지는 화합의 장이 되길 바란다”며 “아름다운 클래식기타 선율을 통해 서로의 마음을 나누는 소중한 시간이 될 것이라 확신한다”고 소감을 전했다.

 피에스타 초청 연주회를 위해 홍원의 합주단장과 박운성 회장, 김성호 훈련부장은 약 3개월 전부터 매주 모임을 갖고 연주회의 형식과 구성, 연주곡 선정, 무대 배치, 음향 등 여러 부분을 세심하게 논의하며 최고의 음악 감상 자리가 될 수 있도록 준비해 왔다. 박운성 회장은 “함께 즐기는 클래식기타 음악이 사람과 사람을 이어주는 가교가 될 것이라는 믿음으로 공연을 기획했다”며 이번 연주회의 의미를 강조했다.

 연주 프로그램으로는 보케르니의 ‘서주와 환당고’, 쇼스타코비치의 ‘재즈 모음곡 왈츠 2번’, 차이코프스키의 ‘장난감 교향곡’뿐 아니라 레오 브라우어, 클리앙 등 현대 작곡가들의 작품도 선보일 예정이다. 또 홍원의 단장과 김현규 연주자가 카룰리(F. Carulli)의 ‘트루아 세레나데(Trois Serenade) Op.96 No.1’을 듀엣으로 연주해 무대의 깊이를 더한다. 연주 시간은 해설을 포함해 약 1시간 30분 정도 진행될 예정이다.
