【충북 브레이크뉴스】임창용 기자=충북도는 27일 정부세종청사에서 개최한 ‘2025년 적극행정 우수 사례 경진대회’에서 토지정보과의 ‘도로급경사지 위치정보 부여 재난 대응 골든타임 확보’ 사례로 인사혁신처장상(장려상)을 수상했다고 밝혔다. 

 이번 경진대회는 인사혁신처·행정안전부·국무조정실이 공동 주관했으며, 중앙부처·지자체·공공기관 등에서 총 60건의 사례가 접수됐다. 이 중 29건이 예선을 통과했고, 충북도는 지자체 사례 18건 중 우수사례로 선정됐다.

 충북도의 수상작은 급경사지 사고 시 위치 전달의 어려움을 해결하기 위해 전국에서 최초로 도로명주소 기반 번호판을 설치한 사례로서 도로급경사지에 낙석·붕괴 사고가 발생할 경우 사고지점을 정확히 관계 기관에 전파 할 수 있도록 위치정보를 체계화한 것이 주요 내용이다.

 충북도는 지난해 69개 도로급경사지 고시지역에 233개 번호판 설치를 완료했으며, 올해에는 비고시지역 104개소에 대한 현장 조사를 마치고 내년에는 급경사지 번호판을 추가로 설치할 계획이다.

 이헌창 충북도 토지정보과장은 "도로급경사지에 도로명주소 방식의 기초번호판 설치로 국민 누구나 위치를 쉽게 파악하여, 사고 발생시 국민의 생명과 재산 보호에 기여할 수 있기를 기원한다“라고 전했다.

Case of Secured Golden Time for Disaster Response by Providing Location Information on Steep Road Slopes

North Chungcheong Province announced on the 27th that its Land Information Division won the Minister of Personnel Management Award (Encouragement Award) for its case of "Securing Golden Time for Disaster Response by Providing Location Information on Steep Road Slopes."

This competition was co-hosted by the Ministry of Personnel Management, the Ministry of the Interior and Safety, and the Office for Government Policy Coordination. A total of 60 cases were submitted from central government agencies, local governments, and public institutions. Twenty-nine of these cases advanced to the preliminary round, and North Chungcheong Province was selected as the best case among 18 local government cases.

North Chungcheong Province's award-winning project was the first nationwide to install road name address-based license plates to address the difficulty of communicating locations in the event of a steep slope accident. The project systematized location information to accurately report the location of accidents to relevant authorities in the event of rockfall or collapse on steep slopes.

Last year, North Chungcheong Province completed the installation of 233 license plates in 69 designated steep slope areas. This year, the province will complete on-site surveys in 104 non-designated areas and plans to install additional steep slope license plates next year.

Lee Heon-chang, Director of the Land Information Division of North Chungcheong Province, stated, "We hope that the installation of road name address-based license plates on steep slopes will allow anyone to easily identify their location, contributing to the protection of lives and property in the event of an accident."
