 공사에 따르면 공급대상은 ▲지원시설용지(47필지,44,033㎡,252억원) ▲근린생활용지(8필지,5,430㎡,30억원) ▲상업용지(4필지,23,733㎡,153억원)이다. 경쟁입찰 방식으로 최고가 응찰자가 낙찰되며, 분양 신청·입찰은 12월 4일, 온비드 시스템을 통해 순차적으로 진행된다. 계약조건은 지원 시설 및 근린생활용지는 3년 무이자 분할납부 조건이며, 상업용지는 5년 무이자 분할납부 조건으로 투자 부담을 낮춘 우대 조건이 제공된다.

교통접근성 측면에서 평택제천고속도로, 중부내륙고속도로, 중부고속도로, 청주국제공항과 인접하고, 쾌적한 근무 환경을 위해 자연 친화적인 복합 문화 공간으로 설계되었다. 단지 경관 측면에서 10만 그루 이상의 수목을 활용한 가로 경관, 사색의 공간을 제공하는 녹지 계획 등으로 단지 내에서 산책과 업무가 공존하는 환경을 제공한다.
