【충북 브레이크뉴스】김봉수 기자=충북 진천군 진천 상산 자율방범대는 난방 취약계층의 동절기 난방 부담 경감을 위해 연탄 나눔을 실시했다고 22일 밝혔다.

  이번 나눔 활동을 통해 진천읍 관내 3개 가구에 연탄 2천 장(200만원 상당)을 전달했다.

  이규현 대장은 “지금도 우리 지역에 연탄으로 추위를 이겨내는 분들이 있다는 이야기를 전해 듣고 대원님들과 함께 나눔 활동에 동참하게 됐다”며 “평소에도 우리 지역 치안과 안전을 책임지는 만큼 소외계층을 돌보는 일에도 최선을 다하겠다”고 말했다.

  한편, 진천읍 행정복지센터는 복지 사각지대가 따뜻한 겨울을 보낼 수 있도록 연탄과 난방유를 연계 지원하고 있다.
