【충북 브레이크뉴스】임창용 기자=충주시 평생학습관은 지역 평생교육의 질적 향상과 전문 강사 역량 제고를 위해 ‘2025년 하반기 평생학습 강사 역량강화 교육’ 참여자를 모집한다.

이번 교육은 평생학습 현장에서 활동 중인 강사와 예비 강사를 대상으로 급변하는 교육환경 속 강사들의 전문성·창의성·소통 역량을 강화하고, 학습자 중심의 수업 운영 능력을 높이기 위해 마련됐다.

주요 교육 내용은 △강사의 감정·소통 관리 특강 △학습자 맞춤형 수업 설계법 △4대 폭력 예방 교육 과정으로 구성되며, 강사들의 근무 여건을 고려해 주말 일정으로 계획됐다.

교육은 11월 29일 토요일 오전 9시 30분부터 충주시 평생학습관 중회의실에서 진행된다.

교육 참여는 11월 17일부터 26일까지 충주시 평생학습관 누리집에서 신청할 수 있다.

하정숙 평생학습과장은“이번 역량 강화 교육을 통해 강사들의 전문성을 강화해, 시민들에게 더욱 질 높은 교육을 제공할 수 있기를 기대한다”라며, “앞으로도 시민들에게 창의적이고 다양한 지식을 전달할 수 있는 양질의 평생학습 환경을 조성해 나가겠다”라고 말했다.

The Chungju City Lifelong Learning Center is recruiting participants for the '2025 Second Half Lifelong Learning Instructor Capacity Building Training' to improve the quality of local lifelong education and enhance the capabilities of professional instructors.

This training is designed for current and prospective instructors in the lifelong learning field. It aims to strengthen instructors' professionalism, creativity, and communication skills in a rapidly changing educational environment, and to enhance their ability to conduct learner-centered classes.

The main training content consists of a special lecture on instructors' emotional and communication management, customized lesson design methods, and four major violence prevention courses. The training is scheduled for weekends to accommodate instructors' working conditions.

The training will be held on Saturday, November 29th, at 9:30 AM in the Chungju City Lifelong Learning Center's medium conference room.
