【충북 브레이크뉴스】임창용 기자=충청북도 식품기업의 수출 경쟁력 강화를 위해 충북바이오산학융합원은 베트남 호치민에 식품 무역사절단을 파견하고, 11월 11일 현지에서 수출상담회를 개최했다.

이번 행사는 베트남 주요 유통 바이어 및 식품 수입업체를 대상으로 한 1:1 비즈니스 상담회 형태로 진행되었으며, 충청북도와 청주 지역을 대표하는 7개 식품기업이 참여해 현지 시장 진출 가능성을 타진했다.

참가기업은 ▲씨엔에이바이오텍(주) ▲(주)팜토리 농업회사법인 ▲육거리소문난만두 ▲넉넉한사람들 ▲영동와인주식회사 ▲올다인 ▲리더스플랜케이 등으로, 각 기업은 자사 주력 제품을 소개하고 현지 바이어와의 상담을 통해 수출 협력 방안을 논의했다.

충북바이오산학융합원 이장희 원장은 “최근 베트남은 한류 열풍을 중심으로 한국 식품에 대한 관심이 급속히 높아지고 있다”며 “이번 무역사절단 파견을 통해 지역 식품기업들이 새로운 글로벌 시장에서 실질적인 수출 기회를 확보하길 기대한다”고 밝혔다.

한편, 충북바이오산학융합원은 도내 바이오기업의 글로벌 진출 지원을 위해 매년 해외 전시회 참가 등 다양한 지원 사업을 추진하고 있다.

Chungbuk Food Companies Explore Emerging Markets Through Export Consultations

To strengthen the export competitiveness of food companies in Chungcheongbuk-do, the Chungbuk Bio-Academia-Industry Convergence Center dispatched a food trade mission to Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, and held an export consultation there on November 11th.

The event consisted of one-on-one business consultations with major Vietnamese distributors and food importers. Seven food companies representing Chungcheongbuk-do and the Cheongju region participated to explore the possibility of entering the local market.

Participating companies included CNA Biotech Co., Ltd., Farmtory Agricultural Corporation, Yukgeori Somunnan Mandu, Nokneukhan Saramdae, Yeongdong Wine Co., Ltd., Alldine, and Leaders Plan K. Each company introduced its flagship products and discussed export cooperation opportunities with local buyers.

Lee Jang-hee, Director of the Chungbuk Bio-Industry-Academia Convergence Institute, said, "Recently, interest in Korean food has been rapidly increasing in Vietnam, driven by the Korean Wave." He added, "Through this trade mission, we hope that local food companies will secure substantial export opportunities in new global markets."

Meanwhile, the Chungbuk Bio-Industry-Academia Convergence Institute promotes various support programs, including participation in overseas exhibitions, every year to support the global expansion of local bio companies.
