【충북 브레이크뉴스】김봉수 기자=충북 진천군은 11월 숲 가꾸기 기간을 맞이해 생거진천 치유의 숲(이월면 송림리 산29-1번지)에서 숲 가꾸기 기간 행사를 개최했다고 10일 밝혔다.

  이번 행사에는 군 산림녹지과 직원과 산림 분야 종사자 등 20인이 참석했으며, 관내 조림 수목 생장, 생육 환경 개선을 위해 조림지 가꾸기와 쓰레기 줍기 등을 진행했다.

  특히, 기존과는 다르게 생활권 인근 산림 치유시설인 치유의 숲에서 행사를 개최해 숲 가꾸기의 필요성을 다 함께 생각해 보는 시간을 가졌다.

  김인범 군 산림녹지과 주무관은 “이번 행사를 계기로 더욱 많은 조림목이 건실하게 성장해 우리 군 환경 개선에 도움이 되길 바란다”며 “앞으로도 군민들에게 숲 가꾸기의 긍정적 효과와 숲의 미래가치를 알릴 수 있는 다양한 행사를 마련하겠다”고 말했다.

Jincheon County Holds Forest Care Event in November

Jincheon County, North Chungcheong Province, announced on the 10th that it held a forest care event at the Saenggeojincheon Healing Forest (San 29-1, Songnim-ri, Iwol-myeon) to mark the November forest care period.
