【충북 브레이크뉴스】임창용 기자=충북도의회 건설환경소방위원회는 7일 제430회 정례회 중 충북개발공사와 바이오식품의약국에 대한 2025년도 주요업무 추진상황을 보고 받고, 행정사무감사를 진행했다.

황영호 의원(청주13)은 “최근 3년 연속 경영평가가 ‘다’ 등급에 머물러 경영관리 전반에 혁신이 요구된다”며 “고유사업에 조직 역량을 집중해 조직의 안정성과 전문성을 확보해 시너지를 극대화해 달라”고 주문했다.

노금식 의원(음성2)은 “괴산 휴담뜰은 공익적 취지로 매입 리모델링했지만 임대 전환으로 본래 목적이 희미해졌다”며 “현 임대 만료 후에는 지방소멸 대응 등 당초 공익성 중심으로 운영전략을 재정립하라”고 요구했다. 

김호경 의원(제천2)은 “농소막 리모델링과 관련해 수차례 추가 공사를 했음에도 불구하고 장애인 편의시설 설치가 되지 않은 부분은 문제가 있다”며 “장애인 이동권 기준을 설계단계부터 철저히 반영해달라”고 강조했다. 

박용규 의원(옥천2)은 “청남대 생태탐방로가 준공 및 인계 후에도 화장실 설치 계획이 남아 있다”며 “초기 인허가·설계 단계에서 편의시설을 일괄 반영해 사업을 추진해달라”고 주문했다. 

변종오 의원(청주11)은 “구 도로관리사업소 청년주택이 도의회 부결 이후 7개월째 구체적 활용계획 없이 유휴 상태로 남아 있다”며 “지역주민 의견을 충분히 수렴해 대안을 마련하고, 신중히 사업을 추진해 달라”고 요구했다.

임영은 의원(진천1)은 “다수의 수탁·개발사업을 동시에 추진하면서 지연이 발생하고 있다”며 “공사는 지자체와 적극 소통·조정해 사업의 경중을 가려, 필요한 사업은 책임 있게 속도를 내 달라”고 당부했다.

이태훈 위원장(괴산)은 “휴담뜰은 당초 취지대로 지역소멸 대응과 지역 균형발전에 기여하는 사업으로 추진해 달라”며 “임대계약 조건을 철저히 이행하고 공유시설물 관리를 강화해 달라”고 밝혔다.
