【충북 브레이크뉴스】임창용 기자=충북개발공사는 김순구 전 한국감정평가사협회 회장이 제7대 사장으로 2일 공식 취임했다고 밝혔다.

 취임식에 앞서 김영환 충북지사는 지난 25일 김순구 사장에게 임명장을 전달했다.

 김순구 사장은 충북 괴산에서 태어나 음성에서 자랐고, 충주고·충북대 건축공학과, 서강대 경제대학원에서 석사, 수원대 도시부동산학 박사 과정을 수료하고 한국 감정평가사협회 회장, 한국부동산연구원 이사장 등을 역임한 부동산·도시개발 전문가이다.

 김순구 사장은 취임사를 통해 “고금리와 경기침체 등 대내외적으로 어려운 경영여건에 처해 있지만 임직원이 하나 된 마음으로 소통과 화합을 통해 위기를 헤쳐나가야 한다”며, “무한동력(無限動力), 지심정성(至心精誠)”의 마음으로 임직원과 함께 충북개발공사의 새로운 미래를 만들어 가자는 굳건한 의지를 밝혔다.
