【충북 브레이크뉴스】김봉수 기자=음성군이 산업통상자원부가 주관하는 ‘2025년 한국형 퀵스타트 프로그램 일자리사업’ 공모에 최종 선정돼, 지방투자 기업의 초기 인력난 해소 지원에 나선다.

군은 31일 KIAT(한국산업기술진흥원), 충청북도, 참여기업, 충북에너지산학융합원과 함께 사업추진 협약을 체결하고, 오는 8월부터 사업에 본격 착수해 내년 3월까지 추진하게 된다. 

한국형 퀵스타트 프로그램 일자리사업은 비수도권 내 사업장 이전 및 신·증설 기업을 대상으로, 사업장 완공에 맞춰 필요한 인력의 적기 양성·연계 도모를 목적으로 한다. 

군은 지난해 한국형 퀵스타트 프로그램 사업을 충청북도 내 최초로 도입·추진한 선도 지자체로, 당초 반도체 분야 인력 20명 목표 대비 28명을 신규 채용연계 해  목표대비 140%의 우수한 성과를 달성한 바 있다.

이를 통해 제도의 정착과 사업 확장의 가능성을 확인했으며, 올해 역시 이러한   실적과 추진 역량을 인정받아 지난 7월 2년 연속 공모에 선정되며 5억원의 예산을 확보하게 됐다.

올해 사업은 △㈜디에스테크노(5명) △대보마그네틱㈜(5명) △㈜현대포리텍(20명) 등 3개 기업 30명 채용을 목표로 하며, 군은 사업주관 기관인 충북에너지산학융합원(원장 탁송수)과 컨소시엄을 구성해 지역청년의 일자리 채용 연계를 추진할 계획이다. 

특히, 지방투자기업의 공장 신증설에 따른 인력 수요에 맞춰 기업맞춤 교육으로 필요 인력 양성과 현장 투입을 통해 안정적 공장 가동을 모색한다.

교육을 마친 교육 훈련생은 해당 기업에 채용돼 바로 근무하게 되며, 1인당 275만원의 훈련장려금도 지원 받게 된다.
