【충북 브레이크뉴스】김봉수 기자=충북 진천군 지역사회보장협의체(민간위원장 이종욱)는 생거진천 종합사회복지관에서 제5기(2023~2026년) 지역사회보장계획의 2025년도 시행계획 상반기 추진 실적 이행점검 모니터링을 했다고 30일 밝혔다.

  이번 이행점검은 지역사회보장계획의 실효성을 높이고 실행력을 강화하기 위해 마련됐으며 민·관 협력 기반의 TF팀(35명)을 중심으로 진행됐다.

  9대 추진전략과 11개 중점 추진사업을 포함한 52개 세부 사업을 대상으로 전반적인 점검이 이뤄졌으며, 특히 분과별 우수사업을 발굴하는 성과도 거두며 이행점검의 내실을 더했다.

  또한 모니터링의 전문성 강화를 위해 이용재 호서대학교 사회복지학부 교수를 초빙, ‘지역사회보장계획 모니터링 기법’에 대한 교육을 했다. 

  이를 통해 개별사업의 이행 실적, 계획 대비 성과, 사업의 적절성과 효과성, 추진 애로사항 등 세부적인 항목을 중심으로 면밀한 분석과 점검이 이뤄졌다.

  김영국 군 복지정책팀장은 “이행점검을 통해 지역복지 수요와 공급 체계를 점검하고, 계획의 실행력을 강화할 수 있는 계기가 됐다”며 “앞으로도 주민의 의견과 욕구를 반영한 지역사회보장계획 수립과 실천을 통해 지속 가능한 복지 실현에 최선을 다하겠다”고 말했다.

  한편, 진천군 지역사회보장협의체는 하반기에도 후속 이행점검을 한 차례 더 실시할 계획이며, 상반기 모니터링에서 도출된 의견들은 환류 과정을 거치고 계획에 반영해 정책 추진의 완성도를 높일 방침이다.

Annual Review of Local Welfare Implementation Status in Comparison with the Community Security Plan

The Jincheon County Community Security Council (Chairman Lee Jong-wook, a civilian representative) announced on the 30th that it conducted a monitoring and implementation review of the 2025 first half of the 5th-term (2023-2026) Community Security Plan at the Saenggeo Jincheon Community Welfare Center.

This implementation review was designed to enhance the effectiveness of the Community Security Plan and strengthen its execution capabilities. It was conducted by a 35-member task force based on public-private partnerships.

Kim Young-guk, Head of the County Welfare Policy Team, stated, "The implementation review provided an opportunity to examine the local welfare demand and supply system and strengthen the plan's execution capabilities. We will continue to strive to achieve sustainable welfare by developing and implementing community security plans that reflect the opinions and needs of residents."

Meanwhile, the Jincheon County Community Security Council plans to conduct another follow-up implementation review in the second half of the year.
