【충북 브레이크뉴스】임창용 기자=충청북도 괴산군(군수 송인헌)은 여성친화도시 군민참여단 워크숍을 개최했다고 25일 밝혔다.

이번 워크숍은 괴산 성불산 자연휴양림에서 군민참여단 20여 명이 참석한 가운데 진행됐으며, 여성친화도시에 대한 이해를 높이고 군민참여단으로서의 역량 강화를 위한 다양한 프로그램이 마련됐다.

이날 이진아 브랜드유리더십센터 소장이 ‘여성친화도시와 정책 제안·발굴의 이해’를 주제로 특강을 진행했다.

이어 군민참여단의 역할과 정책 제안의 기초, 지역사회 참여 확대 방안 등에 대해 자유롭게 의견을 나누는 시간도 가졌다.

워크숍에 참여한 단원들은 목공체험과 족욕체험 등 성불산 자연휴양림의 힐링 프로그램을 통해 스스로를 돌아보는 재충전의 시간을 가졌으며, 단원 간 소통과 결속도 함께 다졌다.

군 관계자는 “군민참여단은 여성친화도시 조성에 있어 민간을 대표하는 소통의 창구 역할을 하고 있다”며 “앞으로도 주민들의 다양한 의견이 정책에 반영될 수 있도록 군민참여단의 활동을 적극 지원해 나가겠다”고 밝혔다.

현재 괴산군은 3기 여성친화도시 군민참여단 24명이 활동 중이며, 특화사업 기획, 지역사회 모니터링 등 다양한 활동을 통해 여성과 가족이 모두 살기 좋은 지역사회 조성을 위해 힘쓰고 있다.
