【충북 브레이크뉴스】임창용 기자=제천교육지원청(교육장 강성권)은 7월 17일 오전 9시 30분부터 12시까지, 제천교육지원청 대회의실 및 소회의실에서 충북학습종합클리닉센터 제천거점 학습지원단을 대상으로 ‘학습코칭 및 수업협력코칭 사례별 슈퍼비전’을 운영한다고 밝혔다.

이번 슈퍼비전은 기초학력 보장 및 학습부진 학생 지원의 실효성을 높이기 위한 것으로, 학습지원단 및 관련 업무담당자 25명이 참여할 예정이며, 사례별 전문가 초청 강의를 통해 실무 역량을 강화하는 데 목적이 있다.

강사로는 청주교육대학교 교수 이재용, 청주교대 운영팀장 고재영, 청주시청소년상담복지센터 하수경 등 총 3명이 참여하여, △기초학력의 새로운 패러다임 및 사회정서학습역량 △웩슬러 기초학습검사를 활용한 학생 맞춤형 지도 방안 △웩슬러 아동지능검사를 통한 지도 방안 등 구체적인 사례를 중심으로 심층 슈퍼비전이 이루어진다.

 특히 이번 슈퍼비전은 그룹별 맞춤형 프로그램으로 운영되며, 참석자들은 실제 사례를 바탕으로 심도 있는 논의와 피드백을 주고받을 예정이다. 또한 학습지원단의 사례를 사전에 취합하여, 효과적인 학습 및 발달 지원 방안에 대한 실천적 대안을 모색한다.

강성권 교육장은 “학습종합클리닉센터 제천거점 슈퍼비전 운영은 학생들의 학습 및 정서적 발달을 돕는 중요한 과정”이라며 “앞으로도 현장 중심의 지원을 확대해 학생과 학부모 모두가 만족할 수 있는 맞춤형 학습서비스를 제공하겠다”고 강조했다.
