【충북 브레이크뉴스】임창용 기자=오송첨단의료산업진흥재단((KBIOHealth·이사장 이명수)은 지난 7월 2일부터 7월 4일까지 인터비즈 바이오파트너링(이하 인터비즈) 에 기술공급자와 컨설팅 업체로 참여했다고 밝혔다.

헬스케어 업체들의 기술 거래 촉진을 위해 마련된 인터비즈는 올해가 23회이며, 그동안 5,500억원의 누적 기술거래실적을 기록해 제약기업들의 비즈니스 파트너링에 있어 대표적인 행사로 자리매김했다. 

‘파트너링으로 근본적 바이오 혁신을 위한 새로운 모달리티 개척’이 슬로건인 이번 인터비즈 행사에서는 KBIOHealth의 이명수 이사장, 신약개발지원센터 한혜정 센터장, 바이오의약생산센터 김현일 센터장이 상담자로 나서 눈길을 끌었다. 

KBIOHealth는 올해로 3년째 인터비즈 조직운영위원회의 일원으로 참여했다. 최고경영진들의 지원에 힘입어 KBIOHealth는 제 23회 인터비즈에서는 기술공급 업체로서 28개 기술을 책임급 이상 연구원들이 참여해 총 42건의 미팅을 통해 소개했다. 또한 컨설팅 업체로서 식품의약품안전처 출신이 포함된 규제과학지원단이 참여해 인허가 컨설팅을 16건 제공했다. 

특히, 일본 대표 바이오클러스터인 아이파크 인스티튜트를 운영하는 쇼난 아이파크와 공동 컨설팅 부스를 열어 일본 비즈니스 진출에 관심있는 기관들에게 정보를 제공했다. 

이번 행사 현장에 참여했던 이명수 이사장은 "국내 바이오 의약품이나 의료기기 개발에 매진하고 있는 많은 기업들을 만나 현장의 이야기를 들을 수 있어서 좋은 계기였다”며 “강소기업으로서 자질을 갖춘 많은 회사들이 세계로 뻗어나갈 수 있는 미중물 역할을 하는 곳이 우리 재단인 만큼, 재단에서 제공하는 280여종의 기술서비스에 대한 관심과 많은 이용 부탁한다“고 밝혔다.
