  지난 6월 30일 공포된 ‘진천군 임산부 예우 및 다자녀가정 지원 조례’에 따라 먼저 각 읍·면 행정복지센터에서는 임산부 민원 처리 우선창구를 운영한다. 

  방문 민원인 중 임산부의 민원 서비스를 우선 처리하는 방식이다.

  또한, 축제‧행사, 군에서 운영하는 공공시설에서 오랜 시간 입장대기가 발생하거나, 예측될 경우 임산부와 동반가족은 우선 입장할 수 있다. 

  이 경우 임신 확인서와 산모수첩 등 관련 서류를 제시해야 한다.

  다자녀가정에 대한 정의도 ‘둘째 아이 이상 자녀를 출산 또는 입양해 양육하고 최연소 자녀가 18세 이하인 가정’으로 확대한다.

  공공시설 사용료 등 감면사항으로는 △상·하수도 요금 감면 △자연휴양림·치유의 숲 이용료 감면이 있다. 

  교육·복지 등 지원사항으로는 △공유평생학습관 프로그램 수강료 면제 △다자녀가정 종량제봉투 지급 △보건기관 진료비 중 본인부담금 면제 등이 있다. 

  이 경우 다자녀가정 우대카드 또는 가족관계증명서 등 관계 서류를 제시해야 한다.
