현재 민간 건축사 1명이 채용되어 허가민원과에 배치했으며, 이번 전문가 채용을 통해 전문성과 효율성을 높이고, 건축물의 생애 전반에 걸친 체계적인 안전관리 기반을 마련할 수 있을 것으로 전망된다.

시는 향후 운영계획을 수립해 정기 점검과 기술 상담, 건축안전 정책 발굴 등 다수 시민이 체감할 수 있는 건축 안전 서비스를 꾸준히 확대해 나갈 방침이다.
