【충북 브레이크뉴스】임창용 기자=제천시의회(의장 박영기)는 7월 2일 충북 단양군에서 2025제천국제한방천연물산업엑스포 홍보 캠페인을 전개하며, 지역 간 연대와 협력을 통한 홍보에 나섰다.

 이날 홍보는 엑스포 개막을 80일 앞두고 박영기 의장의 제안으로 엑스포조직위원회와 협동하여 추진되었으며, 박영기 의장을 비롯해 이진훈 엑스포기획본부장, 유혜정 홍보부 팀장 등 총 5명이 참여했다.

 박 의장을 필두로 홍보단 5명은 단양군의회에서 열린 제116회 충북시군의장협의회 정례회에 참석해 충북 시군의회 의장들에게 2025제천국제한방천연물산업엑스포에 대한 적극적인 관심과 참여를 요청했다. 

 박 의장은 평소 회의나 출장을 갈 때마다 2025기계체조아시아선수권대회, 제20회 아시아롤러스케이팅선수권대회, 2025제천국제한방천연물산업엑스포 등 제천의 3대 국제행사에 대해 지속적으로 홍보를 해왔다.

 박 의장은 "제천의 미래를 준비하는 중요한 전환점이 될 이번 엑스포는 제천만의 행사가 아니라 충북의 모든 시군이 함께 만들어가는 공동의 프로젝트"라며 "지방의회가 중심이 되어 도민 모두가 엑스포의 주인이 될 수 있도록 적극적으로 나서야 한다"고 말했다. 

 한편, 2025제천국제한방천연물산업엑스포는 '한방, 천연물의 미래가치를 열다'라는 주제로 오는 2025년 9월 20일부터 10월 19일까지 30일간 제천한방엑스포공원 일원에서 개최된다.

Jecheon City Council (Chairman Park Young-ki) held a promotion campaign for the 2025 Jecheon International Oriental Medicine Natural Products Industry Expo in Danyang-gun, Chungbuk on July 2, and began promotion through solidarity and cooperation between regions.

Meanwhile, the 2025 Jecheon International Oriental Medicine and Natural Products Industry Expo will be held for 30 days from September 20 to October 19, 2025, at the Jecheon Oriental Medicine Expo Park, under the theme of 'Oriental Medicine, Opening the Future Value of Natural Products.'
