  이번 행사에는 김영환 조직위원장(충청북도지사)과 김창규 집행위원장(제천시장), 신상태 대한민국재향군인회 회장 등 주요 관계자들이 참석했다.

  양 기관은 이번 협약을 통해 △엑스포 단체관람 및 홍보 협조 △재향군인회 회원 단체관람 지원 협조 △기타 양 기관의 발전과 상호 협력을 위해 필요한 사항들에 대해 긴밀히 협력해 나가기로 했다. 이를 통해 엑스포의 인지도 제고와 관람객 유치 활성화에 큰 시너지 효과가 기대된다.

  한편, 2025제천국제한방천연물산업엑스포는 2025년 9월 20일부터 10월 19일까지 30일간 제천한방엑스포공원 일원에서 개최될 예정이다.
