  사랑의 집수리 사업은 열악한 주거환경에 거주하는 사각지대 저소득층 가구의 주거환경을 개선하는 사업이다.

  이번 대상자는 열악한 화장실과 좁은 방에서 자녀들이 생활하는 취약계층 다자녀 가구로, 아이들이 더 나은 환경에서 생활할 수 있도록 화장실 환경과 아이들의 방을 수리했다. 

  노재명 회장은 “회원들의 재능기부와 자발적인 참여로 소외된 이웃의 삶에 조금이나마 도움을 줄 수 있어 보람을 느낀다”며 “앞으로도 도움이 필요한 곳이면 어디든 달려가 힘이 돼 드리겠다”고 말했다. 

  한편, 진천로타리클럽은 1975년 창립해 △사랑의 집수리봉사 △사랑의 쌀 전달 △환경정화 △방역 봉사 △재난 안전 취약계층 지원 △산불 피해복구 후원 등 다양한 이웃사랑을 실천하고 있다.
