【충북 브레이크뉴스】임창용 기자=보은교육지원청(교육장 전병일)은 15일, 동광초등학교 학생들을 대상으로 「2025. 학교로 찾아가는 학교폭력예방교육」을 실시하였다.

학기초 집중적인 교육으로 학교폭력을 막고자 계획된 이번 프로그램은 학생들의 눈높이에 맞춘 맞춤형 교육으로 평화롭고 안전한 배움터를 조성하고, 학교폭력 변화 양상에 선제적으로 대응하기 위해 마련되었다. 

특히 학교현장의 요청을 받아 지역사회 유관기관이 직접 방문해 교육을 진행하는 본 프로그램은 사전 신청에서 도내 24교 중 21교가 신청할 정도로 일선 학교의 반응이 뜨거웠다.

 이날 교육에는 보은경찰서 SPO 김승리 경장이 학교폭력의 유형과 대처방법에 대해 초등학생 눈높이에 맞는 맞춤형 강의를 진행해 학생들의 흥미를 끌었다.

전병일 교육장은“학교폭력예방은 더 이상 일회성 캠페인이 아니라, 학생들이 일상에서 체감하고 실천할 수 있는 지속적인 교육이 되어야 한다. 학교와 지역사회과 함께 협력하는 이번 교육이 안전하고 건강한 교육공동체를 만드는데 큰 밑거름이 되길 바란다.”고 밝혔다.

보은교육지원청은 앞으로도 지역 유관기관과의 협업을 지속하며, 실효성 있는 예방교육을 통해 모두가 존중받는 학교 문화를 조성해 나갈 계획이다.
